What is the one-time initiation fee?
There is a one-time $29.99 initiation fee to join Legendary Shield MVP. This is non-refundable and charged at enrollment. After that, only your $8.99/month subscription applies. Cancel anytime with no additional penalty.
How do I cancel my membership?
Call us at (804) 518-5532 or email tiffanylegendaryautoglass@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds, no penalties beyond your one-time initiation fee.
Can I transfer my Shield membership to another car or person?
No. Shield is non-transferable. It's locked to your VIN and original owner at time of enrollment. The subscription does not transfer to a different vehicle or owner.
What hours can I use Shield repairs?
Monday through Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM. Saturday by appointment — a non-refundable deposit may be required. Book at /book and note your Shield membership.
When can I sign up for Shield?
At the time of your windshield installation. Ask Tiffany or Eric during your appointment, or call (804) 518-5532 before or after to add it to your vehicle. Shield is not available for online purchase — enrollment is in-person at our shop: 2010 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834.
What's included vs. not covered?
Covered: Unlimited onsite rock chip repairs under AGSC/NWRD eligibility standards and written lifetime warranty on all windshields.
Not covered: Door glass, rear glass, or sunroof damage. Shield is non-transferable to another vehicle or owner. Account must remain active and in good standing to use membership services.
